Can I try the AI phone receptionist during the trial?
No — the phone receptionist starts on Growth. Everything else is in the free trial, but a real phone call costs real money every minute it runs, and the trial takes no card. What happens when I hit my limits?
Nothing lands on your card. Your assistant hands visitors to you gracefully — it shares your contact details instead of going silent — and your dashboard offers a top-up. You choose whether to buy more; we never meter you into a surprise bill. Top-ups never expire, and your plan's monthly allowance is always spent first, so a pack you don't use this month is still there next month.
Will the AI make things up to my customers?
It answers only from your approved knowledge and profile, with hard rules against inventing prices, discounts, or promises. If it doesn't know, it says so and collects contact details. Risky conversations (refunds, legal, anger) escalate to you automatically.
Do appointment bookings actually happen, or does it just 'take requests'?
Real bookings. Availability is computed from your business hours minus existing appointments; slots re-verify at the moment of booking, so double-booking is impossible.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No — it's one script tag, copy-paste. And if you'd rather not touch anything at all, expert onboarding is available right inside the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing page in two clicks. Access continues to the end of your paid term and your data is kept 30 days in case you return.
What powers the AI?
Anthropic's Claude models answer your customers — on your website, over text, and on the phone (Business plans can choose between Sonnet, Haiku, and Opus for chat). Your data is never used to train public models.
